The workplace occupational health analyst will identify and manage the occupational health (OCH) requirements for Elasticsearch companies globally. We ensure that we are compliant with global OCH needs, by outsourcing OCH support for Europe and South America, depending on the number of Elasticians within each country and in line with the country regulations; hence the OCH Analyst will identify our needs and manage the outsourced OCH vendors.
The OCH Analyst will support the Director Global Workplace Compliance, to identify the OCH requirements for each country and support the process of bringing onboard an outsourced OCH provider. The OCH Analyst will manage the OCH contracts, monitor their performance and hold contract meetings with internal and external stakeholders. It will require a close relationship with: HR functions; HR Ops, Benefits, Workplaces. Procurement, Finance and external OCH providers.

Responsibilities
Building on the work completed by our workplace compliance lead and others in the workplace and HR group to date, you will develop a plan and set priorities within the functional areas of Workplaces and HR. Working with internal stakeholders to maintain an effective global support network of external specialist consultants. You will also oversee the continuous development of our OCH requirement, working closely with the EHS Lead and consultants. These activities will involve engaging across a number of functions such as HR, Finance, Sourcing and the rest of the global workplace team. You will develop and write policies that will require endorsement from senior executives.
This position is suited to an experienced OCH provider with a sound working knowledge of OCH, H&S and Occupational Risk Management across Europe. Your experience will allow you to establish key needs for developing and setting up capabilities, processes and training that will need to be put in place to ensure Elastic, its own teams and workplaces are kept safe and compliant. This will require educating and informing internal stakeholders as well as your own personal continuous training, to bring stakeholders along the journey of continuous improvement; you will be a strong communicator with a positive can-do attitude, able to demonstrate proactivity, taking initiative where needed.
Due to an increasing geographical spread of our locations, while working closely with your workplace and other team members where possible, you will be expected to work flexibly and travel as required.
